Room & A/V Setup
Target Leadership will bring and use bring and use bring and use bring and use their own Primary and Backup Laptop Computers.
This is what we require of you:
- Video Projector and screen (either rear or forward)
- Wireless lavaliere microphones for presenters. No podium is used or is necessary
- Audio sound system with amplification and 1/8 inch mini-port stereo adapters to plug into our laptop
- Primary laptop needs to be on a small table either off to the side of or can be near the main stage. The back-up laptop can be with the A/V tech
- Nice to have, but not required: Having a RGB / VGA “switcher” allows for easy switching from primary to back-up laptop if the need arises.
